We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect with 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow and strong expertise in technical architecture, solution design, development, integrations, and implementation. The candidate should have hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules and the ability to design scalable solutions based on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and architect end-to-end ServiceNow solutions based on business and technical requirements.
- Define technical architecture, solution design, development standards, and best practices.
- Work across ServiceNow modules and provide technical guidance to development teams.
- Design and implement ServiceNow integrations with internal and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
- Review technical designs, code, configurations, and integrations to ensure quality and scalability.
- Lead ServiceNow implementation, customization, upgrade, and enhancement projects.
- Work closely with business analysts, developers, stakeholders, and project teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Identify technical risks, resolve complex issues, and provide architectural recommendations.




- Support development, testing, deployment, and production activities.
- Mentor ServiceNow developers and provide technical leadership.

Required Skills:
- 10+ years of ServiceNow experience with strong technical architecture expertise.
- Hands-on experience with any ServiceNow module.
- Robust knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, configuration, customization, and development.
- Excellent knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, and Workflows.
- Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs and ServiceNow integrations.
- Good understanding of ServiceNow data model, security, application architecture, and performance optimization.
- Experience in solution design, technical documentation, code reviews, and deployment.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- UAN is mandatory.

Good to Have:
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or relevant ServiceNow certifications.
- Experience with multiple ServiceNow modules.
- Experience with ServiceNow upgrades, implementations, and large-scale transformation projects.
- Knowledge of CI/CD and deployment tools.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
