Mandatory Certifications

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) Certification or Micro-Certification.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with one or more ServiceNow modules such as HRSD, CSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, or GRC/IRM.
- Exposure to CI/CD tools and source-control platforms such as Jenkins and Git.
- Experience developing automation strategies for ServiceNow upgrades and enterprise regression testing.
- Knowledge of portal, workspace, catalog, workflow, and integration testing.
- Robust analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Candidate Profile

- 5+ years of overall software testing experience, with significant hands-on experience in ServiceNow testing and ATF.
- Ability to independently own test planning, automation development, execution, defect management, and reporting.
- Demonstrated focus on quality, documentation, process compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work effectively in distributed Agile teams and manage multiple priorities.
