Role Overview

We are looking for skilled and dedicated Service Technicians to join our after-sales and service team. You will play a crucial role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining our electric scooters and bikes, ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction and vehicle performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work on electric two-wheelers.
- Conduct vehicle inspections and identify potential issues.
- Replace defective parts using genuine Gemopai components.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.




- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
- Provide on-site service and support at dealerships or customer locations when required.
- Follow safety protocols and company service standards.

Requirements

- ITI/Diploma in Automobile/Electrical/Electronics or equivalent.
- 1–4 years of hands-on experience in servicing two-wheelers or electric vehicles.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and battery technology.
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and service manuals.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic Knowledge of computer and Microsoft Excel.
- Willingness to travel locally and work flexible hours if needed.
- Passion for electric mobility and sustainable technology.
