Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Administrator with 6+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow, administration, and production support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, maintaining, and supporting ServiceNow applications and modules while ensuring platform stability, performance, and adherence to best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts.
- Provide day-to-day administration and support for the ServiceNow platform.
- Manage incidents, service requests, problem records, and change management processes within ServiceNow.
- Perform platform upgrades, patching,



and instance maintenance activities.
- Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Ensure compliance with ServiceNow development standards, security policies, and ITSM best practices.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment activities, and post-production validation.
- Maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
