Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and technical support. The role involves extensive field work, customer interaction, and hands-on installation activities. Candidates should be quick learners, possess a positive attitude, and be willing to travel across India.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, commission, and support medical devices at customer sites.
- Troubleshoot electrical, electronic, and software-related issues.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of installed systems.
- Work with AC power (Raw Power and UPS) while adhering to electrical safety practices.
- Perform drilling, mounting, and installation of equipment, enclosures, cable trays, and accessories.
- Lay, route, terminate, and test cables during installation.
- Read and follow installation drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Configure software and perform basic system setup and testing.
- Coordinate with the Hardware, Software, and R&D; teams for technical support whenever required.
- Train customers on the operation and basic maintenance of the equipment.
- Prepare installation, service, and maintenance reports.




- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Follow company safety procedures and maintain professional conduct at customer sites.

Required Qualifications
- ITI/Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, ECE, EEE, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in installation, field service, or technical support.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and electronic systems.
- Comfortable using electrical hand tools and installation equipment.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Windows operating systems.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.

· Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid two-wheeler driving license.
