Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect with 10+ years of IT experience and strong expertise in designing and delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across ITSM, CSM, Integrations, Employee Center, UI Builder, Workspaces, and App Engine .

Key Responsibilities

- Design scalable, end-to-end ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Lead solution architecture, technical design, and governance across ServiceNow implementations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and translate requirements into effective platform solutions.




- Architect solutions across ITSM, CSM, Employee Center, Workspaces, and custom applications .
- Design integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server, JDBC, LDAP, and third-party APIs .
- Provide architectural guidance on UI Builder, Workspaces, and modern ServiceNow experiences .
- Design applications using App Engine Studio and low-code capabilities .
- Define CMDB, data models, security, ACLs, and platform governance .
- Lead technical workshops, solution reviews, and customer architecture discussions.
- Review technical designs and ensure ServiceNow development best practices.
- Mentor developers and technical consultants.
- Support estimations, RFPs, proposals, and technical pre-sales activities.
- Ensure platform scalability, performance, security, and maintainability .
- Stay updated with ServiceNow releases and recommend platform enhancements.
