About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Site Service & Installation Executive to handle customer site visits for curtains, blinds and other furnishing products. The role involves accurate measurements, installation, quality checks and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit customer homes, offices and project sites for measurements and site inspections.
- Take accurate measurements for curtains, blinds, rods, tracks and other window furnishing products.
- Understand the site requirements and identify any installation or technical challenges.
- Verify measurements, product specifications and installation requirements before execution.
- Install curtain rods, tracks, blinds and related furnishing products professionally and safely.
- Ensure proper alignment, finishing and functioning of all installed products.
- Coordinate with the sales, production, warehouse and delivery teams for smooth execution.
- Follow up on pending installations, site requirements and customer service requests.
- Conduct quality checks after installation and ensure the customer is satisfied.
- Handle basic customer queries and resolve on-site issues professionally.
- Report measurement errors, damages,



missing items or technical issues to the relevant team immediately.
- Maintain proper records of site visits, measurements, installations and service jobs.
- Ensure tools and equipment are maintained and available for daily work.
- Follow company SOPs, safety standards and installation procedures.

Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in curtains, blinds, interiors, furniture, furnishings or installation services preferred.
- Positive understanding of basic tools, measurements and installation techniques.
- Ability to accurately use measuring tapes and other measuring equipment.
- Strong attention to detail—measurement accuracy is critical.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Responsible, punctual and comfortable travelling to customer sites.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple teams.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones/WhatsApp for sharing measurements, photos and job updates.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Ideal Candidate Someone who is technically skilled, extremely accurate with measurements, professional with customers and takes complete ownership of a job from site measurement to successful installation.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
