Relevant Experience: 10+ Years in Solar Inverter Product Service
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/MBA or equivalent
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead PAN-India after-sales service operations for solar inverters.
- Manage and guide around 6 Branch Service In-Charges.
- Handle installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, repair, preventive maintenance & warranty service.
- Manage customer complaints, escalations, TAT/SLA and service performance.
- Coordinate with Sales, Projects, R&D;, Quality, Production & SCM teams.
- Handle warranty, spare parts and service inventory.
- Conduct technical training and capability development for service teams/partners.
- Handle critical customer and project-site technical issues.
Required Skills: Solar Inverter Service, PAN-India Service Operations, Team Management, Customer Escalation, Troubleshooting, Warranty, Spare Parts, RCA & Service MIS.
