Position: Service Engineer-Electrical Installation & Commissioning of Universal Machines/CNC Machines/5-Axis Machines

Company : European MNC

Experience: Min 2 + Years

Location: Sri Satya Sai District, Andhra Pradesh (90 km from Bangalore Airport)

Employment Type: Full time

Responsibilities:

- PLC programming, modifications and troubleshooting
- Creation of HMI Screen and Working on alarm texts and back-up
- Electrical hardware troubleshooting
- Servo drive parameterization and tuning
- Networking of machines to plant network and other machines
- Assist with customer part runoffs and final acceptance

Required Profile:

- Bachelors Degree in electrical engineering, Robotics & Automation, or similar programs preferred





PLC or CNC PLC programming experience (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Rockwell, or Fanuc 30i CNC knowledge preferred) Experience in Step 7 (SIEMENS), Ladder (Fanuc) Software usage and debugging

General PC and networking skills

Understanding and ability to change NC Sequences Example Fixture Clamping Sequence

Understanding and ability to read hydraulic, pneumatic and coolant hardware documentation and its settings

Ability to read lagger plans of various feedback elements & apparatus and their functions is an added advantage 4-5 years’ relevant experience preferably from CNC machine tool manufacturing industry and in E-Commissioning of CNC machines in the field
