1. Service Steward

A Service Steward (often referred to as a busser or food runner) supports the front-of-house team by maintaining dining room cleanliness, assisting servers, and ensuring guests have an uninterrupted, pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Table Maintenance: Promptly clear and reset tables between guests, wiping down surfaces, chairs, and menus to high sanitation standards.

- Guest Support: Welcome seated guests, serve water, bread, or refreshments, and assist servers in delivering food and beverages to tables.

- Station Upkeep: Stock service stations with clean cutlery, glassware, napkins, and condiments throughout the shift.

- Ambiance Monitoring: Ensure the dining floor, pathways, and surrounding guest areas remain free of debris, spills, and clutter.

Qualifications &

- Requirements

- Experience: Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service environment is preferred, but entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic are welcome.

- Skills: Excellent physical stamina, strong multitasking abilities, and clear communication skills.

- Attributes: A courteous, friendly demeanor and a keen eye for cleanliness and detail.

1. Kitchen Steward

A Kitchen Steward (dishroom/scullery attendant) ensures the back-of-house operations run seamlessly by maintaining strict standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and organization across all cookware, utensils, and kitchen areas.

Key Responsibilities





- Dishwashing &
- Sanitation:

Operate industrial dishwashing machines and hand-wash pots, pans, cutting boards, and specialized culinary tools.

- Kitchen Cleanliness: Sweep, mop, and sanitize kitchen floors, walls, and work surfaces; empty trash receptacles regularly and manage waste disposal.

- Stock &

- Equipment Management:

Properly store clean glassware, plates, and cutlery in designated kitchen and service areas; report any broken or damaged equipment to management.

- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to health, safety, and sanitation regulations, ensuring safe handling of cleaning chemicals and hot kitchen equipment.

Qualifications &

- Requirements

- Experience: Prior experience as a kitchen porter or steward in a restaurant or hotel setting is a distinct advantage.

- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy loads (racks of dishes, bulk supplies) and stand for extended, fast-paced shifts.

- Certifications: Basic food handler or safety certification is preferred.

Common Work Environment &

- Schedule

- Environment: High-energy, rapid-paced environments requiring strong teamwork between front and back-of-house departments.

- Schedule: Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, aligning with peak restaurant trading hours.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
