About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Service Engineer to join our team. The role involves field-based service support for heavy machinery and fabricated equipment, including installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and customer training.

Key Responsibilities

- Installation & Commissioning: Install and commission heavy machines at customer sites.
- Preventive Maintenance: Execute preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime.
- Breakdown Support: Diagnose faults and provide corrective actions during breakdowns.
- Customer Training: Train operators and maintenance staff on safe machine usage.
- Documentation: Maintain service records and compliance documentation.
- Spare Parts Coordination: Ensure timely availability of spares.
- Customer Relationship: Build robust customer relationships through effective service delivery.

Qualifications & Experience





- Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 3–6 years of experience in service engineering, preferably in heavy machinery or fabrication industry.
- Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.

Skills & Competencies

- Strong technical and diagnostic skills.
- Good communication and customer handling abilities.
- ERP and MS Excel proficiency for service reporting.
- Knowledge of safety and compliance standards.
- Ability to work independently and travel for field assignments.

Performance Indicators

- Response time to breakdown calls.
- Reduction in machine downtime.
- Customer satisfaction scores.
- Accuracy of service documentation.
