Job Summary

CorpCulture is looking for a Service Engineer responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and servicing of printers and related office equipment at customer locations. The engineer will also coordinate with the service team and maintain proper service records.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit customer locations for printer installation, service, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and technical issues in printers and multifunction devices.
- Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown service.
- Attend service calls within the assigned SLA and provide timely resolution.
- Install and configure printers, scanners, and related devices.
- Identify defective parts and coordinate for replacement or repair.
- Handle printer cleaning, servicing, consumable replacement, and maintenance.
- Support printer rental installations, replacements, shifting, and de-installation.
- Record service activities, engineer visit details, machine status, and parts used in the company application/system.
- Collect customer acknowledgement/signature after completion of service.
- Update service reports and close service tickets accurately.
- Coordinate with the office/service coordinator regarding pending and unresolved issues.
- Escalate major technical issues to the senior engineer or management.
- Maintain assigned tools, spare parts, and company assets responsibly.




- Follow customer-site safety and security requirements.
- Maintain skilled communication and good customer relationships.
- Travel to different customer locations as required.

Technical Skills
- Basic knowledge of laser printers and multifunction printers.
- Knowledge of printer hardware components and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of printer installation and configuration.
- Basic knowledge of networking and printer connectivity.
- Knowledge of replacing printer spare parts and consumables.
- Ability to identify and resolve common printer errors.
- Basic computer hardware and software troubleshooting knowledge.

Qualification & Experience
- ITI / Diploma / Any Technical Qualification preferred.
- Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may apply.
- Experience in printer service, copier service, computer hardware, or networking will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
