About the Role

We are looking for a Service Engineer with hands-on battery industry field service experience to support our lithium battery assembly and manufacturing business. The role involves on-site troubleshooting, servicing and customer technical support across Maharashtra.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose and resolve lithium battery pack, BMS, charging and wiring faults.
- Perform on-site maintenance, testing and repairs while following safety procedures.
- Handle technical complaints and guide customers on safe battery use and care.




- Maintain service reports and coordinate with production and quality teams to resolve recurring issues.

Qualifications and Skills

- ITI, Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical.
- 5–6 years of relevant field technical service experience in the battery industry.
- Practical knowledge of lithium battery packs, Battery Management Systems (BMS) and diagnostic tools.
- Robust troubleshooting and customer communication skills.
- Willingness to travel across Mumbai and Maharashtra.
