Position: Service Delivery Manager

Experience: 3-5 years in two-wheeler/automotive service operations

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of the two-wheeler service workshop and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Lead and supervise service advisors, technicians, and support staff.
- Ensure timely vehicle servicing, repairs, and delivery as per committed timelines.
- Monitor workshop productivity, service quality, customer satisfaction, and repeat business.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure quick and effective resolution.
- Track service bookings, job cards, pending vehicles, warranty claims, and service follow-ups.
- Ensure proper diagnosis, repair quality, and adherence to manufacturer/service standards.
- Monitor workshop revenue, labour sales, spare-parts usage, and overall service performance.
- Coordinate with parts, sales, warranty, and other dealership teams for smooth operations.
- Conduct regular team reviews, identify performance gaps, and drive staff training and development.
- Ensure compliance with safety,



cleanliness, process, and company standards.

Requirements

- Graduate/Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering or a related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in two-wheeler/automotive service operations, preferably in a dealership.
- Strong knowledge of workshop processes, vehicle servicing, diagnostics, and warranty procedures.
- Good team management, customer handling, and problem-solving skills.
- Robust communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage targets, service turnaround time, and customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and dealership/service management software.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
