- Manage end-to-end IT service delivery and infrastructure operations.

- Own SLA/KPI performance, incident management, escalations, and service improvement.

- Act as the key interface between clients, internal teams, OEMs, and vendors.

- Lead customer reviews, service reporting, RCA, and governance meetings.

- Drive ITIL-based Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Management practices.

- Lead, mentor, and develop service delivery and technical support teams.

- Ensure smooth project-to-operations transition and operational readiness.

- Identify risks, resolve critical issues, and drive continuous service improvement.

- Support presales, technical discussions, and customer engagements.

- Ensure compliance with security, process, and operational standards.

Required Skills & Experience

- Experience in IT Service Delivery,



Managed Services, or Systems Integration.

- Solid knowledge of ITIL, ITSM, SLA/KPI management, Incident & Problem Management.

- Good understanding of servers, storage, networking, cloud, virtualization, backup, and security.

- Strong leadership, client management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience managing enterprise or government customers.

- Proven ability to manage teams, vendors, multiple priorities, and critical escalations.

- ITIL certification is preferred.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
