Key Responsibilities

- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.

- Assist customers with seating and provide menus.

- Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.

- Explain menu items, ingredients, and daily specials when required.

- Serve food and beverages to customers according to restaurant standards.

- Ensure tables are properly arranged and maintained.

- Clear and clean tables after customers leave.

- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar/café team to ensure timely order service.

- Handle customer requests and resolve basic service-related concerns professionally.

- Process bills and assist with payment collection when required.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, service counters, and other assigned areas.

- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.

- Replenish cutlery, napkins, condiments, and other service items.

- Assist the team during busy periods, events, and peak operating hours.





- Follow company policies, service standards, and operating procedures.

- Perform other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Supervisor.

Requirements

- Previous experience in a restaurant, café, hotel, or hospitality environment is preferred.

- Good communication and customer-service skills.

- Pleasant personality and positive attitude.

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.

- Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and public holidays as required.

- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.

- Good personal hygiene and professional appearance

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
