Role Description The Service Coordinator at Gemopai will manage day-to-day service operations, ensuring timely and efficient handling of customer service requests and scooter maintenance cases.

Responsibilities include scheduling and coordinating service appointments, tracking service progress, and maintaining detailed records in line with operational procedures. The role also involves regular communication with customers, service technicians, and internal teams to provide updates, resolve concerns,



and support continuous improvement in service quality. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, requiring close collaboration with the local service and operations teams.

Qualifications

- Robust Service Coordination skills, including scheduling, follow-up, and case management.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to engage with customers, technicians, and internal stakeholders.
- Experience or knowledge in Operations Management, particularly in service or after-sales environments.
- Proven Customer Service skills, with a focus on problem-solving, empathy, and service quality.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with basic office and service management software.
- Prior experience in automotive or electric vehicle service coordination is an advantage.
- Relevant diploma or degree in business, operations, or a related field is preferred.
