Service Cum Fitter

Location: Calicut, Kerala

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Special Allowances

We are looking for a Service Cum Fitter to join our team in Calicut. The candidate will be responsible for installation, fitting, servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of furniture/interior-related products at project sites and customer locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out installation and fitting work at project sites and customer locations.
- Handle service and maintenance requirements after installation.
- Identify and troubleshoot fitting, hardware, and installation-related issues.
- Attend customer service complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Take measurements and ensure proper fitting and alignment.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, Project, and Service teams.
- Handle tools and equipment safely and properly.
- Complete service and fitting work within the given schedule.
- Maintain proper quality and finishing standards.
- Travel to customer locations and project sites as required.

Requirements




- ITI / Diploma or relevant technical qualification preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with relevant experience in fitting, installation, furniture, interior, carpentry, or service work will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of tools, hardware, and fitting methods.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Own two-wheeler is mandatory.
- Valid driving licence is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel to project and customer locations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
