Service Advisor – Volkswagen
- Handle customer vehicle service and repair requirements professionally.
- Prepare job cards, service estimates, and repair orders.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality vehicle service.
- Explain repairs, service costs, and delivery timelines to customers.
- Provide regular updates on vehicle service status.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate vehicle inspection, quality checks, and final delivery.
- Follow up with customers after service and recommend periodic maintenance.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
- Support achievement of customer satisfaction and service revenue targets.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
