We are seeking a refined, detail-oriented Catering Waiter to join our healthcare hospitality team. This role bridges high-end hospitality standards with strict healthcare food safety and patient care. You will deliver high-quality meal services to patient rooms, private suites, executive lounges, and hospital dining areas, ensuring exceptional customer service while adhering to prescribed dietary guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Meal Service &
- Presentation:

Serve food, hot beverages, and nutritional snacks to patients, visitors, and hospital staff with fine-dining presentation standards.

- Dietary Adherence: Verify meal orders against dietary cards (e.g., low-sodium, diabetic, liquid diets) before serving to ensure correct patient allocation.

- Guest Relations: Provide polite, empathetic, and professional service, addressing requests or special meal needs promptly and courteously.

- Hygiene &

- Safety:

Strictly comply with healthcare sanitation rules, HACCP protocols, personal hygiene standards, and food safety regulations.

- Clearing &

- Maintenance:

Clear trays, tableware,



and trolleys from patient rooms and wards post-service; maintain clean service pantries and dining areas.

- Coordination: Liaise effectively between the central hospital kitchen, clinical dietary staff, and nursing staff to ensure meal accuracy and timely delivery.

Requirements &

- Qualifications

- Education: Minimum 1-Year Diploma in Food &
- Beverage Service, Hotel Management, or Hospitality Operations from a recognized institute (Mandatory).

- Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience as a waiter or food server in a hotel, resort, or fine-dining restaurant.

- Food Safety Knowledge: Familiarity with hygiene standards, safe food handling practices, and temperature checks.

- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and strong interpersonal skills with high empathy for patient care environments.

- Physical Fitness: Ability to stand, walk, and maneuver meal trolleys for extended periods.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
