Main Responsibilities

- Perform day-to-day System Administration related activities.
- Manage and perform daily, weekly, and monthly backups of servers.
- Monitor the health of all servers.
- Escalate hardware-related issues to designated vendors and coordinate till resolution.
- Coordinate with COE IT – JMD & RCP for day-to-day operations.
- Provide hourly and shift-wise reporting to EIC.

- Site In-Charge
- SMO
- Head of Services

Challenges

- Learning new technologies in a dynamic environment.
- Handling multiple complaints simultaneously.
- Coordinating with various internal teams and escalating complaints to the respective team after proper diagnosis.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience





- Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Technology.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the industry.
- MCSA certification.
- Good knowledge of Disaster Recovery and Backups.
- Positive knowledge of Server-Client Architecture.
- Good knowledge of Domain.
- Basic knowledge of Network, DHCP, DNS, Anti-Virus, and MS Patch Management.
- Time Management / Prioritization Skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and extended hours.
