We are looking for a Senior SEO professional who can independently manage SEO projects and drive organic growth through Data-Led SEO, Technical SEO, Content SEO and AI Search (AEO/GEO).

Key Responsibilities

- Independently manage SEO projects and day-to-day client requirements.

- Drive Data-Led SEO by using traffic, rankings, conversions, CTR, impressions and engagement data to identify growth opportunities.

- Conduct regular RCA (Root Cause Analysis) for traffic, ranking and conversion fluctuations and recommend corrective actions.

- Analyze GA4, Google Search Console and ranking data to identify trends, gaps and opportunities.

- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, keyword mapping and search intent analysis.

- Perform technical SEO audits and identify crawling, indexing, canonical, sitemap, robots.txt, Core Web Vitals and other technical issues.

- Handle on-page SEO including metadata, headings, content optimization, internal linking and image optimization.

- Identify content gaps and work with content teams on SEO briefs and new page recommendations.

- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions and overall SEO performance.

- Plan and monitor off-page SEO and link-building activities.

- Work on AI Search/AEO/GEO including prompt research, AI visibility, entity optimization,



structured data and AI crawler readiness.

- Build and maintain SEO dashboards and performance trackers for regular monitoring.

- Prepare weekly/monthly reports with data-backed insights, RCA, business impact and next steps.

- Coordinate with content, development and account management teams for implementation.

- Support website migrations, SEO QA and new website launches.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of Data-Led SEO, On-Page, Off-Page and Technical SEO.

- Strong hands-on experience with GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs and Screaming Frog.

- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for SEO data analysis.

- Ability to convert SEO data into actionable recommendations.

- Positive understanding of keyword research, content optimization, structured data and Core Web Vitals.

- Basic understanding of AEO, GEO and AI Search optimization.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving and RCA skills.

- Ability to independently manage multiple SEO projects.

- Good client communication and reporting skills.

Preferred

- Experience working in an SEO/digital marketing agency.

- Experience managing large websites and multiple SEO accounts.

- Exposure to Looker Studio, SEO automation and AI/LLM visibility tools.
