We are looking for a energetic candidate who understands that a lot of the SEO/GEO/Wordpress Maintenance activities can be carried out using Claude or other LLMs. The expectation therefore is to have a self learner who ensures our GEO presence.

Responsibilities

We are looking for candidates to carry out SEO, GEO and WordPress work hands-on. Two things make this job different from most SEO roles.

- First, our most valuable keywords get a few dozen searches a month. Winning means owning a small pool of searches completely, not chasing traffic volume.
- Second, our buyers increasingly ask ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI the questions they used to type into search. We need to show up in these results.

The responsibilities will therefore include:
- SEO/GEO Management across our websites.



Structure our content so AI answer engines can extract, trust and cite it.
- Manage Wordpress sites. This includes updating pages, blogs/posts, plugins, updates.

Qualifications

- 3+ years hands-on SEO experience
- 3+ years experience with Wordpress.
- Be able to configure and use Rank Math
- Experience with GA4 and Google Search Console. You should be able to explain why a page lost impressions without guessing.
- Experience using Ahrefs or Semrush.

Nice to Have Qualifications

- Practical GEO work already done, with a view on what worked.
- HTML and CSS experience, and comfort editing theme files.
