Role & responsibilities

Manage platform configurations, permissions, environments, and agent lifecycle.

- Establish governance, security, compliance, monitoring, and reporting standards.
- Ensure AI solutions comply with enterprise policies and controls.

AI Workflow & Automation Development
- Design and develop AI-powered workflows and agents.
- Automate manual and repetitive enterprise processes.
- Create and optimize prompts, workflows, and agent behaviors.
- Continuously improve automation effectiveness through analytics and feedback.

Enterprise Integrations
- Integrate the AI platform with Microsoft 365, SAP, SuccessFactors, Entra ID, Azure, HR systems, and internal applications.
- Build APIs, connectors, data pipelines, and automation services.
- Troubleshoot and optimize integrations.

AI Operations
- Monitor platform health and AI workflow performance.
- Participate in AI model evaluation, prompt engineering, testing, and validation.
- Support AI governance and risk assessments.
- Develop best practices for AI deployment and observability.

Business Collaboration




- Partner with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
- Translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Deliver training, documentation, and platform adoption support.

Preferred candidate profile

- 7-12 years of experience in Automation Engineering, Platform Engineering, Enterprise Applications, or Systems Integration.
- Robust hands-on experience with:

- Generative AI
- LLMs
- AI Agents
- Prompt Engineering
- Workflow Automation
- Enterprise Automation Platforms

* Proficient in:
- Python
- JavaScript / TypeScript
- REST APIs
- Azure / AWS / GCP

* Experience with:
- Microsoft 365
- SAP
- SuccessFactors
- Entra ID
- Enterprise Integrations

* Good exposure to:
- LangChain
- Semantic Kernel
- Azure AI Services
- RAG
- Vector Databases
- Agentic AI Frameworks

* Nice to Have:
