About the Role

NearLearn is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic SEO Intern to support our digital marketing team in improving organic search visibility, website traffic, keyword rankings, and lead generation.

This role is ideal for candidates who want hands-on experience in SEO, content marketing, keyword research, Google Search, website optimization, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct keyword research using SEO tools.
- Identify high-volume and relevant keywords for courses, training programs, and educational content.
- Perform On-Page SEO activities, including:
- Title tags
- Meta descriptions
- Header tags
- URL optimization
- Internal linking
- Image ALT tags
- Content optimization
- Assist with Off-Page SEO and link-building activities.
- Find relevant websites and opportunities for backlinks.
- Create and optimize SEO-friendly website content and blogs.
- Analyze competitors and identify their SEO strategies and keywords.
- Monitor keyword rankings and organic traffic.
- Identify technical SEO issues and coordinate with the development team for corrections.
- Optimize existing website pages to improve search performance.
- Assist with Google Business Profile optimization and local SEO activities.
- Support SEO activities for location-based searches such as AI Training in Bangalore and other technology courses.
- Track website performance using analytics and SEO tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly SEO performance reports.




- Stay updated with Google search algorithm changes and current SEO practices.

Required Skills
- Basic understanding of SEO concepts.
- Understanding of keyword research and search intent.
- Basic knowledge of On-Page and Off-Page SEO.
- Good written English and content-writing skills.
- Basic knowledge of HTML is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Google Search Console and Google Analytics is preferred.
- Basic understanding of WordPress or other CMS platforms is an advantage.
- Positive analytical and research skills.
- Willingness to learn and experiment with new SEO techniques.
