About the Role Lead Height is looking for a skilled and hands-on SEO Executive / SEO Specialist to join our growing Digital Marketing team. We are specifically looking for candidates who have at least 1 year of relevant SEO experience, preferably gained while working in a Digital Marketing / SEO Agency environment. The ideal candidate should have practical experience working on client-based SEO projects, be comfortable handling different industries and websites, and have a strong understanding of current SEO algorithms, ranking factors, tools and modern SEO strategies. If you continuously keep yourself updated with the latest Google algorithm changes and know how to adapt SEO strategies according to changing search trends, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute effective SEO strategies for multiple client websites.

- Handle complete On-Page, Off-Page and Technical SEO activities.
- Conduct detailed Keyword Research, Competitor Analysis and Search Intent Analysis.
- Optimize website content, meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs and internal linking structures.
- Identify and resolve basic technical SEO issues affecting website performance and rankings.
- Develop effective link-building and off-page SEO strategies.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, visibility and overall SEO performance.




- Analyze Google Search Console and Google Analytics data to identify opportunities and issues.
- Perform regular SEO audits and recommend actionable improvements.
- Work on local, national and international SEO strategies as required.
- Monitor competitors and identify new keyword and ranking opportunities.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends and emerging ranking factors.
- Continuously test and implement new SEO methods, strategies and optimization techniques.
- Prepare regular SEO performance reports for internal teams and clients.
- Work closely with content, social media, web development and other digital marketing teams.
- Take ownership of assigned SEO projects and work towards measurable organic growth.

Required Skills & Knowledge • Minimum 1 year of relevant hands-on SEO experience.

- Previous experience in a Digital Marketing Company / SEO Agency will be strongly preferred.
- Positive understanding of On-Page, Off-Page & Technical SEO.
- Strong knowledge of keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Practical understanding of Google Search Console & Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Ubersuggest or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of Google algorithm updates and modern SEO practices.
- Ability to analyze SEO data and make strategy-based decisions.




- Understanding of website structure, indexing, crawling and basic technical SEO concepts.
- Good knowledge of current SEO trends, ranking factors and best practices.
- Ability to handle multiple client projects and deadlines.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and learning ability.
