Role Description This is a full-time, on-site SEO Executive role based in Bhubaneswar. The SEO Executive will optimize website content and structure, conduct keyword research, and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and search visibility.

Responsibilities include monitoring rankings and analytics, preparing performance reports, and recommending data-driven improvements to enhance user experience and conversion rates.



The role also involves collaborating with content creators and marketing teams to align SEO efforts with broader digital campaigns and brand objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, including keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and technical SEO.
- Experience using SEO and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and major keyword research platforms.
- Ability to collaborate with content and marketing teams to align SEO strategies with overall digital and brand objectives.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Relevant experience in digital marketing, preferably within events, media, or related industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bhubaneswar and adapt to a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
