Job Overview

Setfast is expanding its digital marketing team and looking for motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate SEO Executives (Freshers & Experienced) to join our professional office in Mohali.

We welcome candidates who have basic SEO knowledge and are looking to begin their careers, as well as experienced SEO professionals with strong practical knowledge of website optimization, keyword research, and search engine marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct detailed keyword research and competitor analysis using industry best practices.
- Implement and support On-Page SEO, including title tags, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, and content optimization.
- Perform Off-Page SEO activities, including link building, backlink development, and relevant directory submissions.
- Assist with or manage Local SEO strategies for businesses targeting multiple cities, regions, and service areas.
- Optimize and manage Google Business Profiles and local citations where required.
- Develop knowledge of Google Search and AI-driven platforms such as Gemini and ChatGPT, including search visibility, content evaluation signals, and emerging SEO practices.
- Support GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) initiatives.
- Monitor organic traffic, keyword rankings, website performance, and relevant SEO KPIs.
- Conduct website audits and identify SEO issues and optimization opportunities.
- Use tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics,



and other SEO platforms.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm changes, SEO trends, and AI-powered search developments.
- Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and digital marketing team members.
- Manage assigned SEO tasks and projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

Position 1: SEO Executive – Fresher Experience: Fresher / 0–6 Months

Salary: ₹10,000–₹15,000 per month

Requirements

- Basic SEO knowledge is required.
- Understanding of keyword research, On-Page SEO, and Off-Page SEO.
- Strong interest in digital marketing and website optimization.
- Willingness to learn and develop practical SEO skills.
- Positive written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Training & Development
- Paid on-the-job training.
- Practical exposure to SEO activities and website marketing.

Position 2: Experienced SEO Executive

Experience: 3+ Years

Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month

Requirements

- 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
- Strong knowledge of On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, and Technical SEO.
- Practical experience with keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits.




- Ability to develop and execute SEO strategies.
- Knowledge of Local SEO is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar SEO tools.
- Understanding of website performance, organic traffic, and keyword ranking metrics.
- Knowledge of GEO and AEO is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage SEO tasks and work collaboratively with the team.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant SEO certifications and practical experience are an added advantage.
