Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven SEO + Email Marketing Specialist with 2+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SEO, Klaviyo email marketing, and WhatsApp marketing campaigns to help drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.

Key ResponsibilitiesSEO Responsibilities

- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis

- Optimize website content, meta titles, meta descriptions, and URLs

- Monitor website rankings and SEO performance

- Perform on-page and basic technical SEO audits

- Build and manage backlink strategies

- Work with developers/content teams to improve website performance

- Use tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.

Email Marketing Responsibilities

- Create and manage email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo

- Build customer journeys and automation flows

- Segment audiences for targeted campaigns

- Monitor campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions)

- Design engaging email creatives and newsletters

- Conduct A/B testing for subject lines and creatives

- Manage abandoned cart, welcome, retention, and promotional flows

WhatsApp Marketing Responsibilities

- Plan and execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns

- Manage broadcast campaigns and customer engagement





- Create WhatsApp automation flows and templates

- Coordinate promotional campaigns through WhatsApp channels

- Track performance and optimize messaging campaigns

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals

- Klaviyo experience is mandatory

- Experience in WhatsApp marketing and automation

- Knowledge of Google Analytics & Google Search Console

- Understanding of Shopify or WordPress websites

- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for emails

- Good communication and content writing skills

- Analytical mindset with reporting abilities

- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with e-commerce brands

- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools

- Understanding of customer retention strategies
