Job Title: Senior Workday Integration Developer

Contract: 4 Months

Job Summary

- We are seeking a Senior Workday Integration Developer with solid experience designing, developing, testing, and supporting complex Workday integrations across HCM, Payroll, Financials, and Talent. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Extend, SOAP/REST, reporting, security, and Workday automation capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support complex Workday integrations.
- Build integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, SOAP/REST, and RaaS .
- Develop and support custom applications using Workday Extend Standard and Professional .
- Work with Workday business objects, APIs, UI/App Builder pages, and custom applications.
- Integrate Workday with third-party systems including payroll, benefits, ATS, financial systems, data warehouses, and platforms such as MuleSoft.
- Develop and maintain integrations using XSLT, XPath, Groovy, Custom Reports, and PECI .
- Configure advanced calculated fields, composite/matrix reports, RaaS, and advanced reporting.
- Implement and support Workday security including ISUs, security groups, X.509 certificates, OAuth 2.0, and API access.
- Work with Workday Orchestrate/BPF and automation capabilities.
- Support Workday AI capabilities including Illuminate, AI Gateway, and Extend-based AI/ML functionality .
- Monitor production integrations, troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and resolve incidents.
- Prepare technical design documentation and participate in peer reviews.
- Collaborate with functional teams across HCM, Payroll, Financials, Talent, and ATS.
- Support Workday releases,



regression testing, integration monitoring, and tenant migrations.
- Package and promote Workday configurations and integrations across environments.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 5–7+ years of overall IT experience , including 4+ years of Workday integration development .
- Advanced hands-on experience with Workday Studio and EIB .
- Strong experience with Core Connectors and Cloud Connect .
- Strong knowledge of Workday Web Services, SOAP, REST, RaaS, and API versioning .
- Hands-on experience with Workday Extend Standard and Professional .
- Experience with PECI, Orchestrate/BPF, and advanced Workday reporting .
- Strong understanding of Workday HCM, Payroll, and/or Financials data models and business processes.
- Experience with Workday security configuration.
- Working knowledge of Prism Analytics .
- Experience developing and supporting production Workday Extend applications.
- Experience with at least 3 full-lifecycle Workday implementations or major upgrade/support engagements as an integration lead or senior developer.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Preferred:

- Workday Integrations certification (Studio/EIB).
- Workday Extend certification.
- Workday Pro certification in HCM, Payroll, or Financials.
- Experience with Adaptive Planning.
- Experience with Journeys, Talent,



or Greenhouse.
- Agile/Scrum experience.
- Experience working in regulated industries.
