Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced WordPress Developer who can independently handle WordPress development, customization, migration, integrations, troubleshooting, and ongoing platform support.

The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in WordPress and be comfortable working on both existing websites/platforms and new development requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and customize WordPress websites based on business requirements.
- Develop and implement custom WordPress plugins and themes.
- Customize existing plugins and extend WordPress functionality.
- Work on SSO implementation and integration with external systems.
- Handle WordPress migration between hosting/cloud environments, including migration from platforms such as Kinsta to Azure.
- Integrate WordPress with third-party applications, APIs, and business systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve WordPress, plugin, theme, database, and integration-related issues.
- Perform website and database migration while ensuring minimum downtime.
- Identify and resolve performance, security, and compatibility issues.
- Work with hosting environments and coordinate with server/infrastructure teams when required.
- Perform WordPress version, plugin, and theme upgrades while maintaining platform stability.
- Analyze existing code and make required enhancements or fixes.




- Support ongoing maintenance and technical issues after deployment.
- Follow good coding practices and ensure that custom development is maintainable and secure.

- Experience handling production environments

Candidate Profile The candidate should be able to work independently, understand existing WordPress code and architecture, troubleshoot issues effectively, and communicate clearly with the client/team. The role may initially be for a short-term requirement, with the possibility of continued support depending on the client's requirements.

Pay: From ₹45,000.00 per month
