We’re looking for a Senior Voice AI / Speech ML Engineer to build next-generation voice and speech AI systems.
You’ll work on ASR, TTS, speech foundation models, and conversational AI , taking models from training and experimentation to production.
What You’ll Do
- Train, pre-train and fine-tune Speech/Voice AI foundation models
- Build and improve ASR and TTS models
- Work with large-scale speech, audio and text datasets
- Develop training and evaluation pipelines using PyTorch/TensorFlow
- Work with Transformers, deep learning and GPU-based training
- Improve model accuracy, latency, robustness and inference performance
- Optimize models for production, including quantization and deployment
- Experiment with multilingual and low-resource speech data
What We’re Looking For
- 3–4 years of hands-on ML / Speech AI / NLP experience
- Proven experience personally training or pre-training foundation models
- Hands-on experience with ASR and/or TTS model development/training
- Solid Python and PyTorch/TensorFlow skills
- Experience with Transformers and deep learning
- Experience working with GPUs / large-scale model training
- Strong understanding of model evaluation and optimization
Experience with multilingual / Indian-language speech , distributed training, audio preprocessing, augmentation or speech-data annotation is a plus.
This Role Is NOT For
We are not looking for candidates whose experience is limited to:
- RAG / GenAI applications
- Prompt engineering
- LLM API integration
- Chatbot development
- Using pretrained speech models
- Fine-tuning existing models only
- Voice API integration without speech-model training
