About the Role

We’re looking for a Video Editor who can turn raw footage into content people want to watch.

At the company, video sits at the centre of how we tell our story from scroll-stopping reels and product films to founder stories, recipes, customer testimonials and performance ads.

You’ll own the edit end-to-end: story, pacing, sound, motion, colour and the final frame. You’ll work closely with our content, design and marketing teams to create videos that look great, feel like the company and ultimately drive attention and action.

This is a hands-on role for someone who cares about the craft but also understands that great content needs to perform.

What You’ll Do

Editing & Storytelling

- Edit short-form content at speed —Reels, Shorts, Stories and performance creatives across Instagram, YouTube, Meta and Google.
- Edit long-form content including brand films, founder stories, recipe videos, customer testimonials and podcast content.
- Turn raw product and recipe footage into content that makes people stop, watch and want to try the product.
- Experiment with hooks, pacing, transitions and formats to continuously improve watch time and engagement.

Motion, Sound & Finish
- Create clean motion graphics, lower-thirds, animated typography, supers and end frames using After Effects.
- Own the audio experience—music, dialogue, SFX, mixing and basic sound design.




- Handle colour correction and grading to maintain a consistent visual language.
- Take every edit from rough cut to a clean, platform-ready final output.

Systems & Collaboration
- Build and maintain an organised project structure, asset library and reusable editing templates so the team can move faster.
- Work closely with content, design, marketing and performance teams to understand the objective behind every piece of content.
- Use performance signals like watch time, retention, CTR and conversion to make better creative decisions.
- Support shoots when required—whether in-studio or on location—to ensure we capture the footage needed for a strong edit.

What We’re Looking For

- 2–4 years of experience as a Video Editor, preferably in D2C, food, lifestyle, consumer or content-led brands.
- A strong portfolio/showreel that demonstrates both short-form social content and long-form storytelling.
- Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects . Working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.
- Strong storytelling instincts. You understand the hook, the cut, the pause and the moment that keeps someone watching.
- Positive understanding of audio, music selection, SFX and basic sound mixing.
- Working knowledge of colour correction and grading , including LUTs, scopes and maintaining consistency.
