Pocket FM is hiring a Senior Video Editor to join our performance creative team.

We’re looking for someone who has worked on micro-dramas, short dramas, TV shows, OTT content, or ad agency-style video assets and can directly pick up shows/assets to create high-impact edits.

What you’ll do

- Edit 5-10 min video assets, promos, trailers, and performance creatives with robust storytelling and pacing
- Convert narrative/audio-first content into engaging visual cuts for digital campaigns
- Work on hooks, retention, transitions, motion graphics, thumbnails, and CTA-driven edits
- Use AI tools and creative workflows to speed up asset creation and experimentation
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to deliver high-volume, platform-ready videos

What we’re looking for

- 5-6 years of video editing experience
- Strong background in micro-drama, short-drama, TV, OTT, digital content, or ad agency work
- Expertise in Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Good understanding of storytelling, pacing, motion graphics, and audience retention
- Experience creating 5-10 min assets or performance-led video creatives
- Exposure to AI-led video workflows/tools is preferred
