Role & responsibilities
. Source and recruit IT professionals for W2 positions across various technologies
. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates based on client requirements.
. Work closely with Account Managers and Delivery Leads to understand job requirements and priorities.
. Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
. Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups.
. Coordinate with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and offer negotiations.
Preferred candidate profile
. Experienced in US IT recruitment, specifically W2 hiring.
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
. Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment.
. Bachelor's degree or related field.
. Experience recruiting for Direct clients.
