Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced US Technical Recruiter with 4–6 years of experience in recruiting for both IT and Non-IT positions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in the complete recruitment lifecycle, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination.

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT and Non-IT positions across the US.
- Source qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, social media, and other recruiting channels.
- Recruit for various IT roles such as Software Developers, QA Engineers, Data Engineers, Cloud/DevOps Engineers, Business Analysts, Project Managers, System Administrators, and other technology positions.




- Handle Non-IT requirements such as Healthcare, Engineering, Finance, Administration, Customer Service, Operations, and other business functions.
- Conduct candidate pre-screening and assess technical and functional suitability.
- Verify candidate availability, work authorization, location, compensation expectations, and notice period.
- Present qualified candidates to clients or account managers within required turnaround time.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients and ensure timely follow-up.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the ATS/CRM

Pay: ₹550,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
