Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented US Healthcare Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US healthcare positions, including clinical, non-clinical, and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) roles. The recruiter will partner with hiring managers, source top talent, conduct candidate assessments, and ensure timely fulfillment of hiring requirements while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from requisition intake to offer closure.
- Source qualified healthcare professionals through job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, referrals, and networking channels.
- Recruit for a variety of US healthcare roles including:

- Registered Nurses (RN)

- Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)

- Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)

- Allied Health Professionals
- Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) professionals
- Patient Access, Medical Coding, Revenue Integrity, Billing, and Collections roles
- Conduct candidate screening, qualification assessments, and behavioral interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Negotiate compensation, extend offers, and manage candidate onboarding activities.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare hiring regulations and company recruitment policies.
- Maintain candidate records and requisition status within ATS platforms such as Workday, JobDiva, Ceipal, Bullhorn, or similar systems.




- Track recruitment metrics including submissions, interviews, offers, hires, and time-to-fill.
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce planning requirements.
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience through timely communication and professional engagement.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of US Healthcare Recruitment experience.
- Strong understanding of the US healthcare staffing ecosystem.
- Experience recruiting for clinical, non-clinical, or RCM positions.
- Expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, ZipRecruiter, Dice, and other recruitment platforms.
- Hands-on experience with ATS systems such as Workday, JobDiva, Bullhorn, Ceipal, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of Boolean search techniques and passive candidate sourcing.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, high-volume workplace.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Provider, Payer, RCM, Pharma, Life Sciences, or Healthcare Technology organizations.
- Experience working with direct clients, MSP, or VMS recruitment models.
- Exposure to volume hiring and healthcare staffing operations.
- Certifications in recruiting or talent acquisition are a plus.
