We are looking for an experienced Senior US IT Recruiter with strong expertise in end-to-end US IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience sourcing and recruiting IT professionals for US requirements and be comfortable working in a purely night-shift environment aligned with US working hours.

The candidate should have strong knowledge of US IT recruitment practices, excellent communication skills, and proven experience using professional networking platforms such as LinkedIn for candidate sourcing and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US IT requirements, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and closure.
- Understand client requirements, job descriptions, technical skill sets, and candidate profiles.
- Source qualified IT candidates through LinkedIn, US job portals, professional networking platforms, internal databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial candidate screening, qualification, and assessment based on technical skills, experience, location, availability, and compensation expectations.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and upcoming US IT requirements.
- Coordinate candidate interviews with clients and hiring managers and ensure timely follow-ups throughout the interview process.




- Maintain regular communication with candidates and keep them updated on interview status, feedback, and next steps.
- Negotiate compensation and manage offer-related discussions with selected candidates.
- Stay updated on US IT hiring trends, technology skill sets, market availability, and recruitment practices.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and ATS/database information.
- Meet individual and team recruitment targets while maintaining quality and turnaround time.
- Develop and maintain strong candidate relationships and a professional talent network.

Requirements

- 5-8 years of relevant experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Strong hands-on experience in US IT staffing/recruitment.
- Proven experience working with LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms for candidate sourcing.
- Experience with US job portals and recruitment databases.
- Strong understanding of US IT technologies, technical skill sets, and candidate availability in the US market.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong candidate engagement, follow-up, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven recruitment workplace.
- Comfortable working purely in night shifts aligned with US working hours.
- Candidates who can join within 015 days or are currently serving notice period are preferred.
