Job Title: Senior UI/UX Graphic Designer

Experience: 5-7 Years

Job Location: Coimbatore, Chennai, Erode

Job Summary: Looking for a challenging and a robust portfolio who can showcase their previous skills in UI/UX Development

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead the design and development of visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Oversee the creation of wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other designers, to define and implement innovative UI/UX solutions.
- Develop and maintain visual design assets such as icons, illustrations, and graphics that align with the company’s brand guidelines.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and make data-driven design decisions.
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level designers, providing feedback and fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Ensure consistency and adherence to design standards across all digital platforms and products.
- Stay current with the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and best practices.




- Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery of high-quality design solutions.
- Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and clients.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design and graphic design.
- Expert proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Proven experience with prototyping tools like InVision, Axure, or Marvel.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Exceptional visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about user needs and business goals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX design and graphic design projects.
- Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development.
- Familiarity with front-end development and how design integrates with code.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines.
