Responsibilities
- Conduct onboarding and product training for customer service advisors.
- Train teams on insurance products, IRDAI guidelines, and CRM processes.
- Conduct sessions on communication, call handling, and problem-solving.
- Identify performance gaps and create training modules.
- Conduct refresher training on new products and process updates.
Requirement
- Training experience in BPO, contact center, or customer service.
- BFSI experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid presentation and audience-engagement skills.
