Position Name :Senior Training Consultant.

Reporting to: Director

Location: Bangalore

Travel : 20% (approximately)

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Description of the opportunity and position

- Consistent delivery of training modules
- Design and facilitate team-building programs.
- Research and Content Development as per the requirement.
- Training Need analysis to build programs.
- Account Management and Client Relationship Management.
- Generate and evaluate new business ideas, products, and program formats.
- Attend client meetings as required
- Support OD Initiatives as required.
- Lead some administrative responsibilities
- Team performance management if required
- New product development & research
- Support/ suggest the internal team to create successful branding for the product line
- Write relevant subject matter blogs propagating our new process/concept.
- Develop a partner network

QUALIFICATIONS:

REQUIRED:

- Postgraduate degree from a recognised university / MBA preferred.
- Presentation and training delivery competence.
- Must have delivered soft skill training programs to the Corporate at Middle and Senior Management levels for a minimum of 10-15 years with a total experience of not less than 20 years.
- Exposure to AI Tools, digital tools.




- Must have excellent verbal communication skills and email/proposal writing skills
- Openness to learn; a passion for understanding people and businesses.

DESIRED:

- Knowledge of Training industry.
- Demonstrated ability to reprioritize workload under short deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Exposure to managing stakeholders and conducting a consulting discussion
- Able to deal with a high-pressure agile environment undergoing constant change.
