Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Dehradun for a Senior Travel Consultant at Paradise Yatra. The Senior Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing and coordinating travel arrangements, providing expert travel advice, handling reservations, and assisting clients with their travel needs.



The role includes collaboration with clients to tailor itineraries and ensure high-quality service, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring seamless travel management.

Qualifications

- Experience in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
- Proficiency in organizing Travel Arrangements and handling Reservations
- Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in travel software and familiarity with global travel destinations
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced workplace
- Relevant industry certifications or a degree in Travel & Tourism or Hospitality Management is a plus
