We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Senior Telecaller to handle customer calls, follow up with prospective customers, and support the sales team in achieving business targets. The candidate will also be responsible for guiding junior telecallers and ensuring proper follow-up and customer communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

- Handle inbound customer enquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.

- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling and follow-up activities.

- Follow up with leads regularly and convert potential enquiries into sales opportunities.

- Maintain proper records of calls, customer details, enquiries, and follow-ups.

- Coordinate with the sales team regarding qualified leads and customer requirements.

- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.

- Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution or escalation.

- Monitor pending follow-ups and ensure timely callbacks.





- Assist in training and guiding junior telecallers.

- Monitor the performance and follow-up activities of junior telecallers when assigned.

- Coordinate with other departments whenever required to complete customer requirements.

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/software.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.

- 2–4 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or a similar role.

- Experience in handling a team or mentoring junior telecallers will be an added advantage.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
