We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to lead end-to-end technical hiring and build a strong technology talent pipeline. The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of IT recruitment, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to understand technical requirements and evaluate candidates effectively.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and technology leadership positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define effective hiring strategies.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, job portals, social media, and other channels.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and role fit.
- Handle recruitment for roles such as Backend Developers, Frontend Developers, Full Stack Developers, QA, DevOps, Product Managers, Technical Consultants,



and Engineering Leads.
- Conduct initial HR/technical screening and coordinate technical interview rounds.
- Maintain and develop a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Manage candidate communication, interview scheduling, feedback, negotiations, and offer closures.
- Drive offer-to-joining conversion and manage candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.
- Track recruitment metrics including TAT, source effectiveness, interview-to-selection ratio, offer-to-joining ratio, and closures.
- Work closely with management and hiring teams to achieve monthly hiring targets.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Skill Set

- 5+ years of experience in Technical/IT Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of software development and IT technologies.
- Hands-on experience hiring for SaaS, Product, E-commerce, ERP, or technology companies is preferred.
- Excellent sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, ATS, and other recruitment platforms.
- Robust negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple technical positions simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented with strong ownership of the complete recruitment lifecycle.
