The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of managing small-to-midsize TA teams alongside a passion for remaining hands-on in full-lifecycle recruiting. You will balance strategic team guidance, process optimization, and individual contributor excellence to ensure our hiring targets are met efficiently.

Experience of 7-10 yrs

Minimum Qualifications

- University degree with preferred major in business management or commerce/economics
- 7+ years of relevant staffing experience with demonstrated solid career accomplishments
- Must have proven experience managing the full life cycle recruitment process: source, screen, assess, negotiate and close.




- A broad based knowledge of recruiting best practices, employment law, immigration and governmental regulations is required.
