Advocate with extensive hands-on experience in technical hiring, stakeholder management, candidate management, along with expertise in excel and ATS.

What youll do

- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify and attract qualified candidates.

- Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.

- Conduct technical interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet the required qualifications.

- Maintain and update the ATS with accurate candidate information and recruitment metrics.

- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting.





- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.

- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Your qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 4-7 years of experience in IT technical recruiting.

- Strong understanding of the latest tech stacks and current trends in the IT industry.

- Prior experience in IT consulting is a plus.

- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

- Excellent sourcing skills using various platforms and tools.

- Strong interviewing and assessment skills.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
