- Welcome and assist guests professionally and provide excellent customer service.

- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate special requests to the kitchen.

- Ensure proper table setup, service, clearing, and resetting as per restaurant standards.

- Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tables, service areas, and restaurant premises.

- Guide and support junior stewards and trainees during service.

- Coordinate effectively with the Captain, kitchen, and other service staff.

- Handle guest queries and resolve basic service-related concerns professionally.

- Ensure adequate availability of crockery, cutlery, glassware, napkins, and other service items.

- Follow all restaurant SOPs, food safety, hygiene, grooming, and service standards.

- Support opening and closing duties of the restaurant.

- Assist during peak hours and ensure smooth service flow.

- Report stock shortages, equipment issues, and operational concerns to the supervisor.

- Maintain a positive and skilled working environment within the team.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
