Senior Sales Associate (Retail)

Location: Hyderabad

We are looking for a customer-focused Senior Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional retail experience ( 3 to 10 years ) In this role, you will engage with shoppers, understand their vision needs, provide personalized product recommendations, and support store operations to achieve sales goals.

​Key Responsibilities​

​Actively listen to customer preferences to recommend optical products, frames, and lenses.

​Confidently explain product features, lens options, and promotional offers.

​Sales & Business Growth

​Drive store success by achieving individual and team revenue ​

​Adhere to company processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and inventory handling guidelines.





​Partner with store leadership and mentor junior team members during peak store hours.

​Candidate Profile & Competencies

​Communication: Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

​Customer-Centric: A strong passion for service with a genuine desire ​

​Eligibility Criteria

​Experience: Prior experience in retail, direct sales, or customer-facing environments is preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
