About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer. - CMDB Data Quality Troubleshoot Failures: Diagnose errors related to credentials, network access permissions, or discovery log errors. Drive CMDB health initiatives including completeness, correctness, compliance, and relationship accuracy. Implement solutions to remediate stale CIs, duplicate records, orphaned relationships, and data quality gaps. Design scalable automation for CMDB governance and configuration management processes. Collaborate with Asset Management, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Security teams to improve configuration data quality. ServiceNow Discovery &
- CMDB Engineering Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow Discovery solutions across on-premises and cloud environments.

Build

Third-Party Integrations: Connect ServiceNow with external data sources like Microsoft Azure, AWS, SCCM, and SolarWinds using Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, and web services.

Manage Discovery Schedules: Create, update, and manage horizontal, cloud, and serverless discovery schedules.

Build Custom Patterns: Develop customized discovery probes, sensors,



and patterns to capture niche hardware, software, and application dependencies. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD). ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Discovery and/or ITOM.
