Senior Software Engineer - AI Engineering & Intelligent Automation

Location: Bengaluru / Pune

Experience: 5-9 Years

What You'll Do

- Design and build AI-powered applications, automation platforms, and intelligent workflows.
- Develop scalable microservices, APIs, and cloud-native solutions.
- Build search, recommendation, knowledge management, and document processing systems.
- Collaborate with global product, engineering, and data science teams.
- Drive engineering excellence through coding best practices, architecture, testing, and CI/CD.

What We're Looking For

- 5-9 years of software engineering experience.
- Strong programming skills in Python and/or Java.
- Solid understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, OOP, Design Patterns, Distributed Systems, Databases, and Networking.
- Experience building production-grade applications using REST APIs, Microservices,



and Event-Driven Architectures.
- Hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP, along with Docker and Kubernetes.

Preferred Experience Exposure to one or more of the following:

- Information Retrieval & Search Systems
- Workflow & Business Process Automation
- Recommendation Engines
- Intelligent Document Processing
- Chatbots & Virtual Assistants
- Knowledge-Based Systems

Positive to Have

- LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex
- RAG, Vector Search, Knowledge Graphs
- NLP, Agentic Workflows, Multi-Agent Systems
- Generative AI application development
